If the advertised role is based in London on an Agenda for Change Pay Band, it will attract a High Cost Area supplement. This supplement is not applicable to Executive or Senior Manager or Medical Leader positions. For positions offered on a part time basis, salary and any allowances will be adjusted pro rata.

We are seeking an experienced case manager who is keen to work with a great team of case managers who work across the West Midlands with our Transforming Care partners. We are in the midst of delivering against the transforming care trajectories and bed reductions so having an experienced case manager with either adult or CAMHS experience will help the team deliver on the outcomes for our patients.
You will be responsible for the oversight of a part of the transforming care team within specialised commissioning, represent specialised commissioning whilst working closely with the transforming care partnerships (TCPs), supporting case managers in delivering their responsibilities to patients within the team as stipulated by the recently approved standard operating procedure for case management(SOP) and support the West Midlands Specialised Team in achieving the performance indicators that have been agreed.
You will also have an important role in working with our quality team to provide oversight into the delivery of specialist mental health services in the Midlands and East generally but specifically the West Midlands.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
