CCGs plan and pay for local services such as hospitals and ambulance services.

PA/ Senior Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen with NHS England to recruit a PA/ Senior Administrator position in the South West(North) Operations and Delivery Team based in Bewley House, Chippenham.
The post holder will work as part of a dynamic team to ensure the effective assurance of Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) and to support STPs as they reshape health services to deliver improved care and outcomes for their populations. We are looking for a proactive and resilient individual to work in a busy office environment, providing administrative support to our team and Personal Assistant support to the Director of Operations and Delivery.
The successful candidate will have good knowledge of the NHS; excellent administrative and organisational skills, including minute taking, diary and conference management ; advanced IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and ideally 365 and SharePoint ; great attention to detail; the ability to work on your own initiative, independently and with colleagues who work remotely; great communication skills and a sense of humour and team spirit.
You will have access to your own transport and a clean driving licence, as the role can require you to travel to meetings.
If you have these skills and you thrive in a busy environment with multiple priorities and changing deadlines, then this might be the role for you.
