CCGs plan and pay for local services such as hospitals and ambulance services.

We are seeking a Business Manager to work as part of a dynamic GP team in delivering an effective service supporting staff across the Greater Manchester Health & Social Care Partnership (GMHSCP) to deliver the Direct Commissioning of Primary Care across Greater Manchester.
The Business Manager will provide support to Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) in order to discharge their statutory duties as part of level 3 delegated arrangements and contribute towards the delivery of new models of care as part of a Devolved Manchester.The Team is based within the Primary Care Commissioning function of the GMHSCP.

GMHSCP is the body made up of the 35 NHS organisations and councils in the city region, which is overseeing the devolution and taking charge of the £6bn health and social care budget.

The post holder will support the Senior Primary Care Manager and their team to ensure that their work stream of programmes are planned and managed effectively and take the lead in assisting in their successful delivery:
