If the advertised role is based in London on an Agenda for Change Pay Band, it will attract a High Cost Area supplement. This supplement is not applicable to Executive or Senior Manager or Medical Leader positions. For positions offered on a part time basis, salary and any allowances will be adjusted pro rata.

This is a an exciting opportunity to join a small team managing concerns about primary care practitioners within Surrey, Sussex and Kent. The person will work as a case manager implementing the NHS England national framework for managing concerns about primary care practitioners, this requires ongoing dialogue with dentists, GPs, opticians and pharmacists in what can be challenging situations. We adhere to the NHS National Performers List Regulations (amended 2015) and national policies and guidelines.

The role requires liaison with a range of stakeholders including professional regulators, CCGs, and the Care Quality Commission, sometimes in a rapidly developing situation.

We are looking for someone with a flexible approach and a passion to improve the quality of care for all patients.
