If the advertised role is based in London on an Agenda for Change Pay Band, it will attract a High Cost Area supplement. This supplement is not applicable to Executive or Senior Manager or Medical Leader positions. For positions offered on a part time basis, salary and any allowances will be adjusted pro rata.

As a Corporate Estates Officer, the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff across the NHS England corporate estate portfolio to ensure the provision of safe, suitable and sustainable office accommodation.
You will provide high quality project, service, initiative and administrative support including information and analysis, undertake reporting and analysis of Estates utilisation to support delivery and also provide day to day support, within our Leeds office, to ensure the provision of an appropriate working environment. You will act as a key first point of contact for responding to and resolving issues that impact on the office accommodation. Support the completion of NHS England Estates projects including refurbishment work, office moves, introduction of new initiatives and monitoring the use of accommodation in central teams
