If the advertised role is based in London on an Agenda for Change Pay Band, it will attract a High Cost Area supplement. This supplement is not applicable to Executive or Senior Manager or Medical Leader positions. For positions offered on a part time basis, salary and any allowances will be adjusted pro rata.

NHS ENGLAND - North (Yorkshire and the Humber) Leeds office
Full time fixed term post - 37.5 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the NHS England Yorkshire and the Humber Leeds office for an efficient and self-motivated Receptionist. The fixed term position will be within the Corporate Business Office based at Leeds City Office Park until the end of March 2019 providing reception duties and administrative support to the team.
The Receptionist will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective administrative service supporting directors and staff across the Yorkshire & Humber. The post holder will deliver an effective and competent level of receptionist and clerical support and consistently deliver a “client-focused” service which promotes good customer service and effective working relationships.
The ideal candidate will be educated to NVQ level 3/RSA level 3 or equivalent and have good Maths and English skills. Excellent IT skills are also essential, including knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 packages such as Word, Outlook and Excel and have the ability to communicate with people at all levels, use initiative and be proactive. The candidate must have significant experience of working in a similar role and be able to prioritise and deal with conflicting demands on a daily basis. A keen eye for detail, be able to effectively monitor their workflow, ensure quality, adhere to deadlines and be adaptable to changing and challenging situations is essential.
