If the advertised role is based in London on an Agenda for Change Pay Band, it will attract a High Cost Area supplement. This supplement is not applicable to Executive or Senior Manager or Medical Leader positions. For positions offered on a part time basis, salary and any allowances will be adjusted pro rata.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Organisation Development (OD) Team as a Project Manager at NHS England, based at Quarry House in Leeds.

As part of the OD team, you will play a key role by managing a line management development programme which has an excellent reputation and is pivotal to building capability during a time of change.

You will support the Head of Learning & Development and the wider OD team to ensure that their work and projects are planned and managed effectively, taking a specific responsibility for the successful delivery of the Line Management Development Programme and Senior Line Management Development Programme.

Both programmes are sponsored by NHS England’s Chief Executive and have received excellent feedback, demonstrating that the programmes are having a positive impact upon management practice and the employee experience across NHS England. This success has secured continued investment in the delivery of the programmes for 2018/19.
