If the advertised role is based in London on an Agenda for Change Pay Band, it will attract a High Cost Area supplement. This supplement is not applicable to Executive or Senior Manager or Medical Leader positions. For positions offered on a part time basis, salary and any allowances will be adjusted pro rata.

An exciting opportunity has arisen in NHS England's Efficiency Transformation team as an Efficiency and Transformation Lead. You will be working within the Strategic Finance team ensuring that the NHS's efficiency and transformation programmes that are crucial to delivering financial sustainability in the NHS, deliver their full potential.
This 12 month fixed-term position (covering for the current post-holder while they are on secondment) will suit an ambitious and dynamic individual who wants to influence and work with senior leaders across the NHS, to be at the forefront of strategic finance decisions, and who is keen to develop their career at a national level.
We are seeking applications from applicants with a diverse range of backgrounds and experience - you may have a finance background and accountancy qualification but equally you may have worked in other numerate, analytical, or strategic fields and be well-placed to apply for this role.
