If this post is an Executive or Senior Manager (ESM) role or Medical Leader position this supplement is not applicable. Fixed Term Contract/Secondment until March 2019 .
We are looking for a high quality administrator to work flexibly across two organisations (NHS Improvement and NHS England). The post holder will be able to:
- Provide high quality project, service, and administrative support including information sharing and analysis to the Nursing Directorates and other senior colleagues across the Nursing Directorates as required.
- Undertake reporting and analysis of information to support delivery
- Support functions and development activities including handling queries, from a variety of internal and external stakeholders and arranging and supporting meetings, and producing reports where required.
- Support identified functions and workstreams associated with a London patch within the Nursing Directorates.
This role is a 50/50 week split working with the Business Support for the Regional Chief Nurse at NHS England and supporting the NHSI Quality Team including the Deputy Chief Nurse and Regional Medical Director. This will give the postholder a varied and interesting unique role working across two organisations.
