If the advertised role is based in London on an Agenda for Change Pay Band, it will attract a High Cost Area supplement. This supplement is not applicable to Executive or Senior Manager or Medical Leader positions. For positions offered on a part time basis, salary and any allowances will be adjusted pro rata.

We are looking for two highly motivated Business Administrators to work as part of the Business Hub to deliver an effective business support service supporting managers and staff across the Specialised Commissioning London Region Directorate.

The Business Administrators will be expected to carry out a wide range of administrative duties including arranging meetings and events; preparing agendas and papers, writing accurate minutes and following up actions, diary and communications management and supporting the team to ensure that projects are planned, managed and delivered.

The successful candidates will have significant administrative experience with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes. They will demonstrate excellent time management skills with the ability to re-prioritise and manage competing deadlines.

The post holder will be based in Skipton House, London (SE1 6LH) but may occasionally be required to attend off site venues to support events.
