Please note, if the advertised role is based in London on an Agenda for Change Pay Band, it will attract a High Cost Area Supplement. If this post is an Executive or Senior Manager (ESM) role or Medical Leader position this supplement is not applicable. If you are taking up this post on a part time basis, your salary and any allowances will be adjusted pro rata.

The role of the Communications Team is to support the successful realisation of this vision through the delivery of effective communications to our audiences.
The Campaigns and Evaluation Team lead on the development and delivery of innovative social marketing campaigns using owned, earned and paid for channels. Based on evidence and audience insight, our campaigns help NHS England to deliver its business plan priorities, the 5 Year Forward View and to support the wider NHS.
As Campaign Manager the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team delivering effective social marketing campaigns through integrated media channels to the public and NHS staff which are evidentially linked to behaviour change to support the delivery of NHS England’s organisational objectives.
The post holder will support Senior Campaign Managers to ensure that all our social marketing campaign activities for NHS England are effectively planned, managed and successful delivered and fully evaluated.
