If the advertised role is based in London on an Agenda for Change Pay Band, it will attract a High Cost Area supplement. This supplement is not applicable to Executive or Senior Manager or Medical Leader positions. For positions offered on a part time basis, salary and any allowances will be adjusted pro rata.

As PMO Support Manager, the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team to provide the support and expertise to help STPs, Transformation Programme Director and the team to deliver their plans.
The post holder will contribute to the provision of an efficient, effective and high quality professional and well-coordinated Transformation PMO capable of meeting all statutory, regulatory and NHS requirements ensuring alignment with the activity of the organisation.
This is a fixed term contract till 31 March 2019 (with potential to be extended until October 2019).
The post holder will be responsible for:
•Working with the Programme Director and Head of Transformation PMO, supporting them to deliver their assurance role effectively.
•Supporting to maintain up to date integrated delivery Programme plan
•Engaging with colleagues in STP PMOs, scheduling and run monthly meetings, responding to their queries
•Supporting development of reporting proposition for the Transformation PMO
•Liaising with counterparts in STP PMOs and national programmes as necessary
•Managing the Transformation PMO inbox and alerting other PMO members of items for action
•Supporting all arrangements for PMO meetings
•Ensuring an effective monthly reporting cycle
•Managing the PMO action tracker and managing the PMO risk register
•Developing and maintaining Transformation PMO Portal for sharing knowledge and best practice
