The Temporary Staffing Team is responsible for supporting the delivery of the key strategic Temporary Staffing programme. This programme has contributed to a reduction in agency expenditure of £1.2bn in the last three financial years.
This newly created role will report to Head of Operations and Governance and deliver high quality data and analysis to support the programme deliverables. This postholder will have line manager responsibility for 2 analysts and will also be responsible for collating and analysing complex data from multiple sources in order to produce both regular and ad hoc reports for senior members of the programme team.
The post holder will on a daily basis interact with Head of Operations and Governance, Deputy Director and Senior Leadership team. They will also have routine interaction with the Programme’s SRO and Department for Health and Social Care.
The Temporary Staffing programme and the data is highly sensitive with commercial in confidence and sensitivities and the post holder will be required to utilise the highest level of Information Governance
The post holder will be responsible for supervision of 2 x Band 7 Intelligence Analysts and as such they must demonstrate the key management skills including tact and diplomacy. In addition, this role will see the post holder have to advise regional staff and trust staff of underperformance and non-compliance with agency rules.
The postholder will act as deputy to the Head of Operations and Governance and may be required to lead on specific projects and meetings in their absence.
