If this post is an Executive or Senior Manager (ESM) role or Medical Leader position this supplement is not applicable. Mental Health Case Manager

North Region Specialised Commissioning Team - Cumbria and North East Hub

Substantive Post – Band 8a, Full Time - 37.5 Hours per Week

NHS England is seeking to recruit a Mental Health Case Manager to the existing Case Management team in order to support and meet the national requirements and expectations around the commissioning of high quality mental health and learning disability services.

The primary role of the Case Manager is to ensure safe and effective care pathways are in place for all service users of specialised mental health services and to also provide clinical support to commissioning colleagues.

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic professional who is able to embrace the pace of transformational change within specialised services. In return the post holder will join an established, forward thinking and welcoming mental health team and will receive regular support and guidance.

This is a substantive post 37.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday) and the post holder will be required to travel regionally and nationally.
