If the advertised role is based in London on an Agenda for Change Pay Band, it will attract a High Cost Area supplement. This supplement is not applicable to Executive or Senior Manager or Medical Leader positions. For positions offered on a part time basis, salary and any allowances will be adjusted pro rata.

NHS England South Central has the lead responsibility for directly commissioning a range of services across the South Central area and the South of England as well as providing system leadership and assurance for the quality and safety of services commissioned through the CCGs in the South Central area.
This Patient Experience & Safeguarding Manager (8b) post will provide support and clinical leadership for the delivery of high quality care within a range of directly commissioned services as well as providing support to our local CCGs and STPs eith a focus on patient safety and safeguarding adults and children.
The successful candidate needs to demonstrate a good understanding of healthcare across a range of settings, have a strong quality assurance background and proven experience of delivering quality improvement for patients. The post is a fixed term one year contract, working within the quality and safety team of NHS England South Central. This could be a secondment opportunity for an individual seeking development.
Base will be at Jubilee House.
