If the advertised role is based in London on an Agenda for Change Pay Band, it will attract a High Cost Area supplement. This supplement is not applicable to Executive or Senior Manager or Medical Leader positions. For positions offered on a part time basis, salary and any allowances will be adjusted pro rata.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, well-motivated individual to join the NHS England – Lancashire and South Cumbria Primary Care Team as a Business Support Assistant. The successful individual will play a key role in supporting the work of the Team.
The post holder will act as the first point of contact for the team allocating enquiries to the appropriate member of the team. They will need to provide high quality administrative and secretarial support, organising meetings both internally and externally. The role will include inputting data required for projects within the team. They will work with the team to collect information for performance reporting on relevant team projects.
In addition the post holder will be required to develop and maintain constructive relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders including Clinical Commissioning Groups.
The post holder will need to be organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage their own workload and work effectively as part of a team. Previous administration experience is important and accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
The position is full time for 3 months as a secondment with a view to extend till March 2019.
