Working for the Regional Talent Management Team the post holder will work as part of a team delivering administrative support across the national and regional programmes with a specific focus on providing support to the Regional Programme Lead for the relevant RTB.

They will work closely with the Regional Programme Lead and Project Manager within the team for the relevant RTB, to ensure that their work stream programmes are managed effectively, and that efficient administrative support is provided to enable the team to function effectively and deliver on key priorities.

The role is an exciting chance to be part of an emerging area of work which is central to the delivery of key regional priorities and will provide a chance to and support varying activity.

The post holder will be expected to build and maintain constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, ranging from administrative staff to senior management.

Alongside supporting projects and workstreams, the post holder will provide and coordinate an administrative and secretarial service, including for example, the preparation of agendas and minutes, taking appropriate follow-up action as required and manage electronic and paper-based filing systems and order and maintain office resources.

The post holder will arrange venues for events as necessary, provide supporting information and material, meeting and greeting of visitors, facilitating room layout etc.

Responsibilities will also include managing diaries; booking and monitoring travel and accommodation, ensuring budgets are adhered to and best value for money achieved at all times; and ensuring all invoices in relation to travel and subsistence are efficiently and effectively handled through the oracle-based accounting system.
